Getting Around in Workspace 5

Workspace 5 is much easier and more efficient to navigate. New navigation features include:

Links at the top left for quickly moving between public entry pages, Workspace collaboration areas and your website

Links at the top right to view your account and participation, your company's participation, online help, and logout

Groups fly-out, giving instant access to search groups or go directly to a group from every page

A 'Take Action' menu that takes you directly to items requiring your attention in the next 24 hours, such as closing ballots or meetings in progress.

Workspace Home Page: Zero in on what matters

The Workspace Home page gives you a snapshot view of activity, showing timely information specific to your participation level. This page includes:

An activity summary about what's happened in your groups since the last time you logged in (Located in top left hand column just under the navigation bar)

A time-based breakdown (Next 24 hours, Next 7 days, Next 30 days) of your upcoming tasks
